General Manager

Amer Abillama
Co-founder at Ionycs S.A.L., Amer Abillama came up with the idea that was Ionycs while researching the international market for a comprehensive solution that would tackle specific business needs. In his attempts to avoid the implementation of a generic solution, he started developing his own systems as a freelancer. Due to the uniqueness of the requirements and processes, the need was high and the birth of Ionycs was at hand. Amer is an electrical engineer with a passion for development and his commitment to the projects he has worked on has led to significant increases in revenues, decreases in costs, & a stability in processes for the companies he has partnered up with.

Business Development Manager

George Ghanem
"You never ask our clients what they want, you always tell them what they need". This is George’s drive. George did his undergrad in Computer Engineering at American University of Beirut, and received his MBA from INSEAD after working at a multinational auditing and consultancy firm in Dubai. George is the visionary that pushes the team to always explore new possibilities. He is closely involved in all projects and monitors the full project lifecycle within Ionycs.

Operations Manager

Rabih Younes
As one of the founding team members of Ionycs, Rabih has been developing, from the start, innovative methods for implementing, handing over, testing, and training. He has personally met with all our clients to make sure that they received what they were promised and that they know how to use it. Since software’s engineering is nothing without the users, Rabih focuses hard on user-friendliness, business requirements, and best practices. Rabih is an electrical engineer with extensive experience in project management, costing, resource management, and handing over.

Technical Manager

Sayyah Alafeer
Sayyah joined Ionycs as an experienced developer to fulfil the role of program developer. During his career at Ionycs, his contribution extended beyond the perfection of our systems from a technical perspective to pick up the role of a consultant on how to enhance the features within the systems. He is always on the lookout for state-of-the-art technologies, new frameworks, and is constantly monitoring the development of new tools to make our lives easier. Sayyah holds a bachelor in Computer science and he strongly believes in automation. His passion towards the projects always ensures that our clients get much more than they expected.

Sales Manager

Rabih Mortada
Rabih’s inquisitive and adventurous nature led him on a wild-hunt stretching for 15 years in search of the perfect ERP. The momentum he gained left a track stretching across 10 countries in Africa, 5 in the MENA region, & 2 in Europe of companies & organizations, following best-practices and using the systems he had offered. This path eventually led him to join Ionycs as Sales Manager & ERP Consultant. Rabih now makes sure that the sales team & everyone on board knows how to consult our partners and his insights into our solutions in themselves leave a footprint of excellence.
